The distillery that makes Six O’clock Gin; Bramley and Gage, started making liqueurs over 25 years ago on their fruit farm. The lessons learnt in growing fruit still guide production in South Gloucestershire today, from letting it ripen fully and naturally on the bush, to using only the varieties that give the best flavour. All the products are made on premises by hand using only real, whole, fruit, sourced as locally as possible. The production process ensures that as much of the natural flavour, freshness, and colour of the fruit as possible is retained.
Six O’clock is a premium London style of gin distilled in a copper still in Thornbury just north of Bristol.
