You're invited to a Taste of Spring at No.4. Expect bright flavours and experimental cuisine, certain to delight the senses and celebrate the season's bounty. These seasonal tasting menus are a chance for the talented chefs at No.4 to experiment with new flavours and techniques and guide you on a culinary journey.
From sharp and bright Mackerel Ceviche cooled with compressed cucumber and gazpacho gel to locally-sourced Second-Spring Lamb served atop a light and zesty Spinach and Preserved Lemon Purée, each dish is a riotous creation spotlighting the best local and seasonal produce in Bristol.
Please note that, as this is a chance for the chefs to experiment and test dishes from No.4's Spring Menu, they are unable to cater to any dietary requirements for this event.
